The Toy Library has over 500 toys available for hire. It is situated behind St. John's Church. Open 9.30 - 11.30 am Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

2nd Tuesday monthly 7.15pm in the Parish Lounge.

Senior Chef
Senior Chef is an 8-week cooking class for over 60s where you can learn, or improve on, your practical food and nutrition skills. It’s a social, informative hands-on class, focused on cooking for one or two people.
It’s FUN and it’s FREE!!
Held on Friday's 9.00am - 12.00 pm.

Fish n Chips & Games
Looking for companionship and fun? Join us for lunch and an afternoon of games and chat. A chance to meet new people and have some fun. We’ll organise the Fish and chips and the Games. 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 12.00pm. $10 fee includes lunch & afternoon tea.

Open to bookworms who would like to make new friends as well as enjoy a chat over a cup of tea and a shared plate. Each member will review a different book.

Lavender Craft Group
3rd Monday monthly at 10.00 am. We meet in various member's homes for embroidery, quilting and all handcrafts. If you just wish to come for morning tea you will be welcome.
We provide goods for an annual craft sale & morning tea to raise funds to help purchase flowers for the church and for overseas missions.

Benedictine Group
Thursday weekly 8.00 am.
Morning prayer followed by discussion.
This group observes the Rule of Benedict and meets in the Church. Members of the group are Associates of the Order of the Holy Cross in Aotearoa - New Zealand. Everyone is welcome whether or not they are associates or followers of The Rule.
