Worship Events

• Sunday 8.00am – NZ Prayer Book and hymns. Sunday 9.45am – A little more informal, and followed by morning tea. Wednesday 10.00am – in church lounge, followed by morning tea. The policy of St John’s of Otumoetai is to welcome everyone. This includes children of any age, and people from any church or none. Children are welcome at all services and are actively included in the worship.  Our bible readings are chosen from the NRSV. See liturgy.co.nz

• St John’s of Otumoetai is a great church for your wedding, all aspects of your wedding are arranged to suit your needs and the vicar will work with you.  Preparation – Couples are asked to attend a pre-marriage course, which vary from three one hour sessions. or outside courses. Costs – There is a cost and that can be discussed with the vicar. Contact the Parish office on 07 576 9923

• When you child is born, St Johns are able to offer a special naming service or a Baptism. please contact the vicar.
